 Mindful Movement Series

This 6 week series combines the ancient teachings of yoga with the modern day psychological insights of the West.
In this class you will learn tools that will allow you to find a deep sense of ease and well-being, regardless of what life is presenting.
Through body and breath sensing you will:
* Develop the capacity to deeply relax the body and mind, and calm the nervous system
* Facilitate the ability to concentrate and make decisions.
* Create an Inner Resource or internalized safe place of comfort, ease, and security.
* Learn tools to be a witness to emotions without experiencing overwhelm.
Taught by Linda Ries, RYT 500 yoga teacher of 25 years and a certified iRest Yoga Nidra meditation instructor. Next 6-week series begins Monday, June 4th through Monday, July 9th @ 4:00PM. Please call to reserve your spot or for more information: 530-672-7050.

Tranquil Journeys

Reconnect with your inner peace, and relax to the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls. Each session will explore self-help stress reduction methods, acupressure or energy healing.
