Mondays, August 2020 from 3:45 PM - 5:15 PM – 1.5-hour Zoom classes

In these classes, we focus on stress reduction and developing tools to be resilient with the ever-changing movements of life. Practices are gentle yoga postures, breathing, meditation, and how to meet, and greet emotions and difficult mind states. Classes bring a deep sense of relaxation and connection with a caring community of cancer patients (and survivors) who help each other feel supported and understood.

As one student recently stated: "Classes definitely give me a big dose of HOPE each week and I am so much better off for the healing that it brings to my life. Thank you Images."
