A new guided meditation and stress reduction class each month on YouTube (approx. 50 min.)
Our theme for October will be “Back to the breath “. As usual, the class is available any time on YouTube.
In addition to a relaxing guided meditation, we will focus on how to use the breath to improve sleep and help reduce stress and panic. Techniques demonstrated will include alternate nostril breathing. Go here to access the class.
