Our annual fundraiser, Garden Party in the Orchard, was on June 4 and it was great! There was a quilt display, live music, the premiere of 2022 Banners on Parade, and a great dinner by John Sanders of Old Town Grill assisted by Susie Davies of MORE and her team.
Pink in the Night is a month-long cancer-awareness campaign in October. It includes El Dorado County businesses illuminating their storefronts with strands of pink lights (provided by Images of Hope) symbolizing the community's united fight against cancer.
Images of Hope will also install a piece of "All Colors All Cancers" themed artwork downtown at the Bell Tower designed and fabricated by Andrew Vonderschmitt.
This year as in past years, Images of Hope has also been the major sponsor of Banners on Parade. See the Placerville Art on Parade website for information about the 2022 Banners on Parade online auction.
In addition, we will have several Ambassadors of Hope in the community assisting us in soliciting funds to help us fund our mission.
Placerville's Bell Tower is all decked-out in pink lights (provided by Images of Hope) during the month of October.
